Hot Keys Project delivers parcels all over the world via trackable Hong Kong Post Office e-Express service as the default shipping that no signature is required upon delivery. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.
The e-Express service has been extended to below Country:
United States, Canada, Brazil, Great Britain, Russia, France, Germany,
Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Israel, Australia,
New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Vietnam
If your countries do not accept e-Express service, we strongly suggest you choose Hong Kong Post Office Speedpost service for safety，reducing the risk of loss package. If you choose e-Express as your delivery method which is not available in your country, we will automatically send out your orders by REGISTERED AIRMAIL, without notice.
Please note if you choose this option, which we don't recommend, you are accepting liability for non-delivery for whatever reason. Registered airmail service cannot be tracked online, once your package left Hong Kong, we have no control over the delivery time from that point forward. You will have to contact your local postal carrier for any status updates regarding your package.

Use of online un-tracked shipping is at customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. *

[Hong Kong] Shipping fee: USD3.00 for each order
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email email@example.com to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.
PO BOX, APO AND FPO ADDRESSES
When requesting orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will ship by e-Express service ONLY. This is the only method that does not require a signature on receipt.
