* We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address.
*If the item is out of stock in the style or colour you have opted for, then different item will be issued instead. Customer has to pay the price difference if the item is at a higher price. No refund for the surplus amount if the item is at a lower price;
*All goods will be inspected on return
*The goods are your responsibility until they reach to us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
*We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
*Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
*Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
* Once pre-order sale end, we will start to product, during this period, we do not accept any amend or cancel order request.
The exchange and return policy does not cover damage caused by human factors, accident, misuse of the product, unauthorized alternation to or change of parts of the product, in the judgement of Hot Keys Project.
The exchange is null and void under the following circumstances:
1) If the product has been damaged through abuse, misuse, negligence, has been modified or altered by persons other than Hot Keys Project.
2) If the product has been purchased over 30 days.
3) The colors shown on the Site may be influenced by the settings of your computer or your monitor. Accordingly, Hot Keys Project makes no guarantees that any actual colors of products or features will be true or accurate.
4) Each of the handmade things is a unique and a one of a kind. Handmade items might not perfect, might have minor flaws, but we will keep making them to look perfect.
Hot Keys Project is not able to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit and therefore we recommend all returns are sent by recorded delivery. It is advisable to obtain a proof of postage if using the Post Office.
Please note that all refunds and exchanges for online purchases can only be made through our website.
