We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-6 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.
These deliveries normally take 5 to 7 business days from the dispatch date, but might take longer for remote and hard to reach locations.
The shipping method along with the tracking code, if applicable, are visible in the shipping confirmation email that you receive once the order is dispatched.
Once a package has shipped, most will arrive within the estimated time frame provided for the selected shipping method, but occasional delays may occur, especially during busy holidays or extreme weather conditions.
